Did you know that one component of building muscle is drinking lots of water during the day? 80% of our muscles are made up with water

And also, here is a quick arm workout (using 5lbs dumbbells or more at home). 💪🏽
🔹Approx time: 5 mins per set (try to do 3)
🔹Approx calorie burn: 150 calories (could be more or less depending on amount of weights and your weight as well)
🔹remember to also get 22 minutes of movement in!

• 3×12 bicep curls
• 3×12 overhead tricep
• 3×12 overhead shoulder pres
• 3×12 front raises
• 3×12 lateral flys ……………………………………………
